• Please make sure to come 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not be accepted. In case you need to cancel your appointment, make sure you cancel it at least two days before the actual date of appointment. 

• The Embassy can not schedule an appointment for you by pohone or by e-mail.

• It is not necessary to be personally present for the most of our consular services as they may be provided by mail. It is necessary to schedule an appointment for the following consular services: passport applications, signature authentification and authentification of signatures on negative inheritance statements.
